Originally from Massachusetts, Reesha Katcher has lived in the greater Bay Area for 7 years. A former organic farmer, Reesha has pursued social justice work through youth development outdoors, and is currently a garden teacher at Edna Maguire Elementary School and a naturalist at the Point Bonita YMCA; she loves combining art, fun, social justice, and the environment. She also hosts a monthly community-building series called “HEADtalks”, inspired by TEDtalks and her home in the Marin Headlands. Reesha wants to learn more about a career in peace-building, and loves to sing and trade vegetarian recipes.
