After graduating from the University of Michigan’s Ford School of Public Policy, Maeve worked in education policy research at the Learning Policy Institute. She then joined the Federation of American Scientists, leading initiatives to enhance government innovation, improve service delivery, and develop science and tech policy recommendations. Maeve’s background in human-centered design drives her desire to learn about how larger-scale policy affects local cities and communities, and how systems can be improved for more equitable outcomes. She enjoys competitive soccer and doubles beach volleyball.
