Justice Paraiso-Caceres

At UC Berkeley, Justice focus for legal studies and public policy directed him to participate in the Public Policy and International Affairs Program at the University of Minnesota. While studying in PPIA, Justice contributed to a group capstone projects that proposed Minnesota’s Covid-19 response be the genesis of new school initiatives to improve the standardized test scores for indigenous students and students of color. During his time at UC Berkeley, Justice had the opportunity to work for City Council member Rigel Robinson for District 7. Justice used this opportunity to create a council item to update the City of Berkeley’s density bonus law in order to encourage new development projects that are 100% affordable housing.
