Johanna Carney is the Head of Global Employment Law for San Francisco-based gaming company, Zynga. Although Johanna is a California-licensed employment attorney, much of her practice involves consulting with employment counsel across the globe to advise business leaders on cross-border employment matters and working in areas adjacent to employment law, such as: trade secret misappropriation, privacy matters, vendor contracts, compliance trainings, and mergers and acquisitions. Johanna spends her time outside of work cooking with her husband, hiking with her black lab, and playing with her daughter.
