Elena Fairley has a decade plus of experience in leadership positions at high-impact, innovative organizations committed to building economic mobility. Currently, she is a Strategy and Operations Consultant with Mission Asset Fund (MAF), a tech-forward nonprofit on a mission to help people become visible, active, and successful in their financial lives. Previously, she served as MAF’s Programs Director, where she oversaw MAF’s award-winning programs, including Lending Circles, a zero-interest, credit-building loan program. Elena has also served as the Director for Learning and Partnerships at Prospera, a nonprofit that partners with women to develop worker-owned cooperative businesses that have the potential to double and triple worker-owners’ incomes. Elena has an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas, and has served as Co-Chair of the Lending Circles Partner Advisory Council and as a Board Member of Prospera.
