Christine Trowbridge is an Oakland born, Mexican-American educator. She is passionate about art, community building and equitable education. When she is not teaching you can find her drawing, hiking, and running. As an educator Christine works to build partnerships across the educational K-14 pipeline, and is deeply committed to student success in higher education. Over the course of her career she has worked at the Berkeley Unified School District, San Francisco State University, and Berkeley City College. Currently at Berkeley City College her work is focused on student success, outreach and retention with a racial equity lens working to support BCC’s first Title V DHSI Grant.
