Tax attorney Beth Hodess is CEO of OnPoint Legal Counsel, PC. She came to the practice of law at 54 following a 25-year career as a self-employed management consultant, where her practice focused on signatories to collective bargaining agreements. Known for counseling and representing clients with passion, courage and tenacity, her law practice focuses on tax controversy, whistleblower representation, election, cannabis, and elder law. She is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley Haas School of Business, where she received her B.S. in business administration. She received her law degree and LL.M. in taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law. Outside of work she enjoys long distance cycling and holds out a dream of participating in a triathlon.
