As the Director of Youth Programs, Alexis Llamas works in partnership with the programs team to develop and deliver innovative leadership development programs for youth. Most recently an Associate Program Officer at the S. D. Bechtel, Jr. Foundation, Alexis brings fourteen years of programming experience through data-driven program design, coordinating community resources and partnerships, and facilitating participant leadership and self-advocacy. 

What inspires you to work in leadership development?

My purpose to power high quality, equitable learning environments for young people, so that they can thrive and maximize their agency and voice.
