Theo Gibbs uses human-centered design and systems thinking to tackle complex global challenges. She is currently Design Lead at YLabs, where she guides product and service design strategy for projects spanning over 10 countries to improve the health and economic outcomes of young people. Prior to joining YLabs, Theo co-founded and led the social enterprise Blue Heart. Theo is also a lecturer in the Stanford Design School where she co-teaches a course on innovation methods for scaled challenges. She holds a M.S. and B.A. from Stanford University.
