Bay Area native Teresa Breaux brings 15+ years of experience in operations, program management, and team building to champion positive change. After a decade leading top Bay Area restaurants, Teresa transitioned to facilities, overseeing the Wharton School’s SF campus through a pandemic closure and reopening. Now, at the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a non-profit advocating for sustainable and equitable land use, Teresa leads UrbanPlan. This program empowers Bay Area youth, public agencies, and community leaders to address critical land use issues through a volunteer-led city simulation.
