Suleima completed her B.A. in International Studies at the University of San Francisco. During her undergraduate education, she researched the intersections between environmental and African-American history, led youth in an internship focused on climate change through Opportunities for All, and helped launch a mentorship program as an Honors College ambassador. Passionate about climate issues, Suleima spent the past year living in Madrid, Spain, traveling, teaching English, and learning more about herself and the global community.
