Mitzi Iniguez is the Partner Success Manager at PERTS (Project for Education Research that Scales), working with teachers and administrators around the nation to help educators apply evidence-based strategies related to growth mindset in the classroom. She has worked at AnitaB.org managing the scholarship program supporting students and faculty from around the world to attend the Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC). Her work focused on increasing the number of women who are underrepresented, from minority serving institutions and/or rural communities. Mitzi comes with 8 years of higher education experience at UC Berkeley with the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) focused on supporting first generation, low income, underreported students. Mitzi is an Oakland native who received her bachelor’s degree at  UC Berkeley and masters degree at San Francisco State University.
