May Yuan is a junior at Raoul Wallenberg Traditional High School. She enjoys reading, learning and trying new things, and helping others academically. At school, she is involved with the student government, art club, and was part of the debate and basketball team. She also volunteers with the San Francisco Public Library and her after school program to help younger students with their homework, reading, and math skills. Through Coro, she hopes to enhance her public speaking skills as well as creativity in order to learn how to take initiative in her community and in topics she’s passionate about.
