Lisette Cruisewas born and raised in San Francisco and has been a passionate advocate for affordable housing and juvenile justice for over two decades. Currently serving as the Interim Director of Property Management for Chinatown Community Development Center, Lisette has devoted her career to ensuring that underserved communities have access to safe, affordable housing. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice Studies from San Francisco State University, a degree in Social and Behavioral Science from City College of San Francisco and has also served as a Juvenile Justice Commissioner for the Superior Court of California. These experiences have provided Lisette with a profound understanding of the critical role stable housing plays in transforming lives and has been the driving force behind her unwavering commitment to housing advocacy and social justice.
