Lisa Gluckstein works as a housing and land use policy advisor in the San Francisco Mayor’s Office, where she has focused on reforming the housing approval process and worked across departments to support the City’s affordable housing goals. Before joining City government, she worked as a land use attorney, helping clients navigate permitting in jurisdictions across California. Lisa loves working for the City of San Francisco alongside others who share the vision of making the Bay Area a more affordable place for all.
