Kristen Marsh is the Managing Counsel at the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB) located in Oakland. She graduated from Cal Poly, SLO with a degree in Political Science in 1998 and from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2001. She was a litigator for 4 years before joining the WCIRB in 2006. She manages a team of 7 and they provide all types of legal advice and services to business partners to achieve business objectives while mitigating legal risk.
