Kelly StuderProgram Faculty

Kelly is a leadership coach and workshop leader who has been transforming careers for ambitious professionals and executives at Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and everything in between. Kelly is known for getting to the heart of the matter, bringing “spot on” intuition and wisdom, instilling confidence, inspiring courage, and infusing unconventional thinking with a dash of playfulness and fun. She is passionate about helping her clients discover and convey their innate talents and unique value add, and increase their clarity in order to ultimately obtain success, fulfillment, and happiness.

Kelly has developed and led groundbreaking negotiating workshops for women to help them build confidence and skills in asking for what they want in a way that doesn’t feel “icky” but instead builds connection and creates empowerment. She has also led workshops on a range of topics, including but not limited to, leadership development, team effectiveness, and personal growth.

Prior to starting her own business, Kelly spent over 15 years as a successful leader, recruiter, and consultant, at some of the world’s best companies, including Google, Salesforce.com, Sapient, and Accenture. Not one to shy away from going after her dreams, she also spent several years working towards being a film producer in the entertainment industry.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts in History at UCLA and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) Leadership Program. She currently resides in San Francisco.
