With over a decade of civic engagement experience, Kayla Gordon remains dedicated to providing direct assistance to system-impacted people while also fostering community support to address mental health challenges, combat stigmatization, and tackle addiction to break the cycles of poverty and trauma.
Additionally, Kayla serves as a Sr. Workforce Development / Dreamkeeper Initiative Specialist. Kayla supports San Francisco’s most vulnerable residents towards economic vitality through strategic planning, research, and analysis, in addition to interagency and external stakeholder coordination and collaboration.
Kayla holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from San Francisco State University and finds joy in traveling and spending time with her beloved four-legged companion. Her unwavering commitment to volunteerism and active community involvement make her an indispensable force in shaping the better world we all aspire to inhabit.
