Katherine Berg is an activist and advocate for social justice and a healthy civil society. She’s focused her career on championing integrated health and community-rooted anti-violence strategies that surface, ameliorate, and eliminate othering beliefs and power-over frameworks. Currently at PRC, Katharine led campaign fundraising and development of shared language and goals during its dual merger. Now, as Managing Director of Institutional Support and Communications, she’s launching a comprehensive communications program and building institutional support. Never one to slow down, Katharine serves on Mariposa Kids’ board of directors and Flynn Elementary’s School Site Council. She enjoys raising two kids in a vibrant city and oversees business operations at a Bayview District enterprise she co-founded to sustain local design/build-related entrepreneurs, artists and small businesses in a collaborative community.
