Julia Sills is passionate about the power of volunteering and connection to create empathy, and challenge our assumptions and biases about our own communities.  She serves as Director of Volunteer Services for St Anthony Foundation and has great respect and love for the residents of the Tenderloin in San Francisco. She grew up in Cambridge, Massachusetts but moved to California when she was 18, discovered the outdoors and never returned. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in any body of water, but especially the ocean.
