Jessica Hitchcock the founder of Urban Math, directs consulting projects focused on affordable housing policy and development. With over 20 years of experience in housing policy, small business development, and workforce training, she has worked at community non-profits, in local government, and in the private sector and brings this unique perspective to her consulting engagements. Recent projects include ways to integrate social housing into the City of Berkeley and updating the City of West Hollywood’s local inclusionary ordinance to align with the state density bonus. Additionally, Jessica serves as a trustee on the local school board.
