Jennifer Cabán serves as a Management Analyst with Alameda County Social Services Agency supporting Early Care and Education and child welfare policies, budgets and contracts. She is an early childhood advocate who brings a strong blend of cross-sector experience amassed over 25 years of dedicated service to creating access and equity in education. Jennifer is a co-founder of Cypress Hills Collegiate Preparatory High School in her native Brooklyn, NY. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Binghamton University and a Masters of Public Administration from Baruch College as a National Urban Fellow.
