Itcelia Segoviano-Ramirez is the Chief of Operations at Stiles Hall, a private non-profit organization focused on increasing pathways for higher education access and student retention through mentorship, strategy and community. Itcelia’s involvement with her work at Stiles Hall began as a mentor during her undergraduate years at UC Berkeley where she earned a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies and a minor in Education. Throughout her college years, she demonstrated a passion for community service and education. As her commitment deepened, she took on roles of increasing responsibility, evolving from a program coordinator to Director of Community Service Programs. Later, she managed the Experience Berkeley High School Program, helping underrepresented students of color submit a competitive UC application, thereby increasing their chances of admission to UC Berkeley.
