Emily (they/them) will be a senior at Lick-Wilmerding High School in Fall 2022. They enjoy reading, visiting museums, learning chemistry, learning history, and exploring San Francisco. At school, they are a leader of GSA, an active member of LWHS’ Ethnic Studies Initiative, and an athlete on the varsity badminton team. Through Coro, they hope to learn more about issues in the Bay Area, especially those outside of San Francisco. Additionally, they hope to sharpen their leadership skills and find more effective ways to give back to the community.
