Alli Chagi-Starr is a strategic consultant for the Oakland Workforce Development Board and the new Director for Community Research Marketing and Promotion at C2C: Impact Accelerator at Mills College at Northeastern University. Alli has served in leadership roles focused on economic equity and inclusion at the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, Green For All, Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (now Common Future), East Bay College Fund, and the Center for Transformative Action. Alli holds an MBA with an emphasis on Social Impact and Business Innovation. She is a former Fuse Corps executive fellow in workforce development and serves on the board of Civicorps. Alli is dedicated to working collectively to craft deep solutions for social equity and community empowerment.
