Amber Lamason is the Associate Director of Neighborhood and Economic Development at East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) where she directs social services, community organizing and youth programs serving more than 5,000 low income individuals annually. Amber has worked supporting communities and youth in various roles since 2002. Amber co-founded San Jose Bike Party, a monthly social bike ride whose mission is to build community through cycling. San Jose Bike Party is now a nonprofit whose model is mimicked across dozens of cities internationally. Amber has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego and a Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco, where she graduated with honors.
