The UC-Coro Systemwide Leadership Collaborative is a professional leadership development program unlike other opportunity offered within our network of campuses. The program is intensely engaging, high-impact, and comprehensive in its approach to the combination of skills development, instruction, collaboration, and challenge. Participants are guided through experiences within and beyond traditional comfort zones to build and strengthen key leadership strengths including (but not limited to) awareness, empathy, and effective communication.
