Bridging the Bay
Generation Thrive, Rocket Lawyer, and Coro Northern California are excited to partner together for the 2025 cohort of Bridging the Bay: Igniting Leaders of Change. This 42-hour leadership development program is designed for executive and c-suite leaders of nonprofits serving pre-kindergarten through 12th-grade youth. Participants will have the opportunity to sharpen their leadership skills, build meaningful sector connections, develop self-care practices, and much more.
Bridging the Bay participants acquire knowledge, skills, and networks that transform them as individuals and accelerate their careers. Through this cohort, participants will:
- Enhance their leadership abilities, particularly in the areas of these six leadership practices:

- Self-Awareness
- Communication
- Critical Thinking
- Collaboration
- Inclusion
- Influence
- Actively integrate Coro leadership skills and concepts into their workplaces.
- Gain a renewed and refreshed commitment to the nonprofit sector.
- Deepen connections to nonprofit colleagues and to other leaders in the field.
Candidates who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Nonprofit professional serving pre-kindergarten through 12th grade Bay Area youth with at least 10 years of professional experience
- Currently hold an executive and/or c-suite level position with a nonprofit organization in the Bay Area
- Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to grow leadership skills
- Passion for positively impacting the lives of young people and their communities
- Able to attend six full-day sessions, including graduation, and alumni engagement events
- Able to complete the pre-, post-, and intersession assignments
