Camryn graduated from Stanford University with a master’s degree in Communication and a bachelor’s degree in American Studies. She is passionate about storytelling, civil rights law, and press freedom. As an undergraduate, Camryn interned at the U.S. Department of Justice, the San Francisco Chronicle, and the Orange County Register. Camryn wrote her master’s thesis on how generative artificial intelligence impacts American newsrooms and is interested in how technology affects information sharing. In her free time, Camryn enjoys cooking Korean food, taking hip-hop and jazz-funk dance classes, and working on her 50-state travel bucket list.
