Rebekah Weber has worked at the intersection of environmental and agricultural policy for over a decade. As the policy director at California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF), she advocates for organic agriculture as a solution to climate, health, and economic challenges. Prior to joining CCOF, Rebekah advanced policies in the Vermont State House to clean up Lake Champlain, engaged in farmer outreach as a Fulbright Fellow in Nepal, and worked on agricultural policy for U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy. She holds a master’s degree in environmental law and policy from Vermont Law School.
