Jaclyn Perrin-Martinez is a senior climate adaptation planner, author, and communications specialist working on sea level rise adaptation planning and policy in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is passionate about engaging diverse stakeholders across sectors and disciplines to explore creative multi-benefit solutions that improve the health of natural ecosystems and human quality of life. In her current role, Jaclyn is leading the development of a Regional Shoreline Adaptation Plan with the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) to help cities and counties in the Bay Area advance more coordinated, consistent, and ecologically-sound adaptation based around a shared regional vision of success. In her spare time, Jaclyn can be found caring for her houseplants, hiking along the coast, or dreaming up creative new projects.
