Anne Stotler is a Principal Behavioral Designer at ideas42. She supports an initiative focused on shifting harmful and false narratives about poverty in partnership with Oakland community-based organizations, and leads the New York City Behavioral Design Team, which partners with NYC government agencies to strengthen city service delivery. Anne previously worked at the U.S. Department of State and social impact nonprofits in Los Angeles County. She received a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s in history from the University of Virginia. She’s originally from Long Beach, CA and lives in San Francisco.
