Margot Frey is a marketing communications professional and mission-driven leader with expertise in higher education and a passion for social justice. As an empathetic marketer, she gets into her audience’s heads, profoundly understands their needs and behavior, and approaches them with enthusiasm and digital storytelling. Margot has a track-record of infusing digital innovations into traditional organizations and repositioning their brands and messaging. She was most recently the Director of Marketing and Communications at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Previously, Margot directed Marketing and Communications at the University of San Francisco’s School of Management and led Graduate Admission and Marketing at Notre Dame de Namur University. She earned a master’s degree in nonprofit administration at the University of San Francisco and received her bachelor’s degree in communications from Northwestern University.
