After 22 years of dedication and service to Coro, Tracey Jones has transitioned out of her staff role to spend more time with her family. Tracey was “born into Coro,” as she likes to say. Her father, Jerry Jones, a Coro alum, served Coro for 19 years as Executive Director during the 1950s and ‘60s. Countless Coro alumni and staff have benefitted from her competent expertise, her unfailing kindness, and her warm sense of humor.
Her memory for details about our alums is legendary, and throughout her tenure Tracey has been an ambassador for our work. Tracey’s love for Coro’s mission fueled her ability to wear many hats over the years. She brought her skills to development, alumni relations, operations, finances, events, and served as a constant on the Coro staff through leadership transitions and growth. We are delighted that Tracey will stay connected as our honorary Coro Historian, and will help us with special projects as they align with her schedule.
We’re fortunate that this isn’t a goodbye, but a transition to new ways of working together. Thank you for dedicating your spirit and talents to help Coro thrive, Tracey!
