Tessa Quintanilla is a Director of Real Estate Development at EAH Housing, where she oversees project managers implementing affordable housing developments across California. She has more than thirteen years of experience in mission-driven real estate development and finance, including financial analysis and project management for affordable, mixed-income, and market-rate residential projects. Prior to joining EAH Housing, Tessa served as a Development Manager at EYA, a Washington, DC–area firm specializing in urban infill townhome projects and large-scale mixed-income communities. She also has experience in community development finance and holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning.
