Sheryl Evans Davis is Executive Director of the San Francisco Human Rights Commission and a professor at the University of San Francisco. Since the pandemic, Davis has led efforts to center community voice and prioritize equity in addressing the impacts of COVID-19 on vulnerable populations. She coordinated the allocation of $120 million to support the Black community in San Francisco, and staffs the San Francisco African American Reparations Advisory Committee.
