Sepideh Kiumarsi is a Senior Management Analyst in the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda’s Data and Policy Department, where she reviews and analyzes affordable housing regulations and data at the federal, state, and local levels to inform policymaking and ensure compliance. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Analytics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology and Computational Social Science from the University of California, San Diego. Sepideh has lived and worked in several East Bay communities and is proud to call the Bay Area home.
