Sarah Holtzclaw Chabot-Las Positas Community College District Sarah serves as the Director of Apprenticeship Programs within the Economic Development and Contract Education Department for the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District (CLPCCD). She has been in and around the workforce system in California and Oregon for over fifteen years. Her background is varied but always comes back to three things: creating positive change, making an impact for and with others, and effective communication. In all that she does, Sarah works to be part of collective and collaborative change. She enjoys not only impacting individual lives but improving whole systems, making a lasting impact on our community.
