Ofelia Bello is the Program Director of Community-Owned Real Estate at East Palo Alto Community Alliance and Neighborhood Development Organization (EPACANDO) and PAHALI Community Land Trust in her hometown of East Palo Alto. She is passionate about housing justice and social movement work and brings eight years of experience in tenant rights organizing and public policy, with a focus on housing. When she is not working or volunteering, Ofelia enjoys exploring the Bay Area in search of her next favorite food spot, walking trail, or park.
