Natalie McGee is the Vice President, Resident Experience & Engagement for Milestone Retirement Communities, LLC, transitioning from CommonSpirit Health, where she was a part of the leadership team for Mercy McMahon Terrace, a senior living community in the Sacramento area. As a business development executive, Natalie’s call to action has been to build business relationships and loyalty through service. Natalie’s career spans social work, health care fundraising, healthcare, and senior living leadership. Natalie was born on the island of Barbados in the Caribbean and grew up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Natalie is currently obtaining her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management. Natalie has many accolades, but her greatest accomplishment is her family.
