Lorena Guadiana is passionate about Community Development and healthy cities. Currently serving in a Financial Analyst role with the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), Lorena analyzes and interprets financial data, advocates for best practices, and advances efforts within Agency divisions and sections to ensure that financial investments result in planned benefits, all in support of public transportation. In this role, Lorena also works on process improvement efforts and provides technical assistance. Lorena’s prior experience includes doing policy research and legislative advocacy work around workforce, economic and consumer protection issues. In addition, Lorena is a proponent of immigrant civil rights and liberties. As a native Mexican, Lorena can often be found eating one of their favorite dishes, a savory pozole.
