What inspires you to work in leadership development?

Originally, I was inspired by bad leaders, and a desire for better leadership than I had experienced. I continue to be inspired by all of the amazing leaders that surround me now — and a hope for a better future for us all.

Where are we most likely to find you when you’re not at work?

When I’m not at work, I’m usually at the park with my two young kids, or at The Starry Plough in Berkeley, drinking cider and listening to locals pick bluegrass, while my kids continue to think they’re at the park!
