Justin Hill is a mission-driven banker focused on affordable housing and community impact, with more than 15 years of diverse banking experience. Justin works on the Investor Relations team Aegon Asset Management where he is responsible for investor relationship management and supporting capital raising efforts that leads to the development of affordable housing across the United States.  Prior to joining Aegon, Justin worked at Capital One Community Finance where he partnered with tax credit syndicators to invest in LIHTC multi-investor funds that supported the financing of affordable housing developments across the United States. Justin has also held roles in fund finance and consumer lender finance at Capital One, fund finance at RBC Capital Markets, and small business lending at Truist. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Oregon and an MBA from George Washington University. Justin is a First Tee Silicon Valley Board Ambassador and a Stanford Cancer Center Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) Partner.
