What inspires you to work in leadership development?
I love the idea that leadership is an inside-out process―that self-knowledge and self-compassion enhance one’s ability to advocate for and collaborate with others.
What’s your favorite leadership quote?
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” ― Howard Thurman
Where are we most likely to find you when you’re not at work?
Taking long walks while listening to podcasts, trying out new recipes in my kitchen, or collecting four leaf clovers in a park (I have over 300 pressed in a large encyclopedia!).
