Fiona Ruddy is a Senior Project Manager at Mercy Housing California. Originally from Detroit, she is committed to undoing racist policies in the built environment that lead to health disparities. Fiona has worked across a variety of sectors, including public health, foundations, banking, and media advocacy. Through this multi-sector experience, she has become a deeply devoted houser. At Mercy, Fiona specializes in complex affordable housing development with co-development partners. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and master’s degrees in City Planning and Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. In her free time, she enjoys cheering for the Golden State Valkyries and running around Lake Merritt.
