Cupid Alexander City of San José

Cupid Alexander is the Deputy Director of Housing for the City of San José, where he oversees homelessness response, grants, and data strategy. He brings more than 20 years of experience in housing, community development, and public-sector leadership across California, Texas, and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to San José, Cupid served as Senior Vice President of Operations at the Houston Housing Authority and as Assistant Director of Housing in Austin. His work focuses on building scalable interim housing solutions, advancing equity-driven policy, and translating data into actionable outcomes.
