Amy Young serves as the Real Estate Manager at Richmond LAND, a community land trust based in Richmond, California. She oversees the organization’s property management, asset management, and real estate development work. Amy has ten years of experience in the affordable housing and community development field, spanning both nonprofit and public sectors. She previously served as Affordable Housing Program Administrator for the City of Seattle’s Office of Housing and as an Asset Manager for Plymouth Housing, one of the largest permanent supportive housing providers in King County, Washington. Amy holds a BA from UC Berkeley and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA.
