Building Resilient Leaders Comfortable with Complexity

Leading During Challenging Times prepares participants to navigate ambiguous environments and lead their teams through uncertainty.

This program is designed for early- and mid-career people managers working in the private, nonprofit, and government sectors. We welcome applications from individuals who are interested in their professional development, supporting their teams through complex or uncertain situations, and building a network of leaders working together to increase their personal and organizational resilience.

Participants will experience a rigorous curriculum blending leadership development, critical problem-solving, and real-world challenges. Sessions focus on collaborative projects, peer-to-peer learning, and personalized coaching, as well as interviews with a broad range of local stakeholders, leaders, and visionaries.

Program Dates

All sessions are held in-person in San Francisco from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Tuition

Tuition is $3,000 (subsidized from $5,000 by generous donors).

 

Early Bird applicants automatically receive a $1000 discount. A limited number of scholarships are available after the Early Bird deadline.
